Home Pest Inspections
Only second to having an informative dialogue with our customer, one of
the most important parts of any treatment program is the home inspection. A
thorough inspection of your home; inside and outside, allows our
technicians to determine the kind of problem you are experiencing, the
severity of the problem, and subsequently, to aid in developing a plan
for treatment and the necessary tools needed for success.

For most Structural Pests it will be necessary to gain access to both
your attic and crawlspace. This includes all Rodent Services, Wood
Destroying Organism treatments, and often Wasp treatments.
If your attic and crawlspace access is in a closet, you will need to move all
stored belongings out of the way so that the technician can enter both
areas. If you are not sure where your attic or crawlspace access is
located, our exterminators can assist you in finding it. Often the
crawlspace access is located on the exterior of the building.
Other areas of inspection will include bedrooms, bathrooms, closets and the
garage. The technician will need access to all rooms inside.
During our inspection, we will not only be looking for the pests, we will also
be looking for pest damage, those conditions that might have attracted pests to
your home and entry points where pest have found easy access into your
structure. If we were called to your home for a rodent problem and found
Carpenter ants in your crawlspace, we would alert you to this as well.
Outside your home our exterminator will be looking for structural damage,
excessive moisture, animal habitat, over grown trees and shrubs, or simple
things that may need minor repair like broken attic or crawlspace vents.
Upon completion of the inspection, our technician will go over all the findings
and recommendations, and provide you with a written report which will include a
cost for treatment and repairs. Often our exterminator technicians are prepared to perform
the pest treatment at the time of the inspection.
