Adept Pest Solutions, PREMIER RODENT SERVICE is a three visit service which provides a complete and thorough inspection of your property in order to identify, locate and determine the cause of the rodent ingress. The PREMIER RODENT SERVICE will include a written report [PREMIER RODENT SERVICE EXCLUSION REPORT] identifying points of entry, harborage and those conditions which can attract rodents to the your property including recommendations for prevention.

Rodent snap traps are used for trapping and will be placed inside areas (usually attics and crawlspaces) of identified habitat, foraging trails and entry points. *Rodent baits are not used at this time. If rodent baits are used, they will only be place in secured, tamper resistant rodent bait boxes on the exterior of the property for preventative measures and only after the rodent exclusion work has been successfully completed.

Rodent exclusion work will be performed as outlined by the PREMIER RODENT SERVICE EXCLUSION REPORT.

* It is likely that after rodents consume a rodenticide placed inside a home, they can die in an inaccessible area such as an attic, wall void or sub-floor crevice, creating an unnecessary and unpleasant odor. To avoid this problem, Adept Pest Solutions only places rodent baits on the exterior of the property in secured tamper resistant bait boxes and only after the rodent exclusion work has been performed.

Adept Pest Solutions' CARPENTER ANT TREATMENT provides a thorough inspection of your property identifying those conditions which are conducive to Carpenter infestations such as leaks, decaying wood and soil to wood contact. Our highly trained technicians will make every effort to locate and treat existing carpenter ant colonies nesting within the structure of the home. In addition, the CARPENTER ANT TREATMENT includes an exterior perimeter inspection of your property in order to locate and treat carpenter ant nesting sites that occur in trees, tree stumps, woodpiles, landscaping timbers and outbuildings.
